  • Use any automated system (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Sites in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Infringe or violate any intellectual property or other rights of third parties

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Sites and all content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Growth Co., L.L.C. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimers

The Sites and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

  • Any reliance you place on information obtained from the Sites is at your own risk.

If you use GrōVault or other paid services under a separate agreement, any warranties or guarantees relating to those services are governed by that agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Growth Co., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Co., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

3) User Data Deletion & Account Closure – Growth Co. / GrōVault

You can use this as its own “Data Deletion” page or a section on your Help/Privacy page.

User Data Deletion & Account Closure

We believe you should have control over your information. If you have an account with GrōVault or have interacted with Growth Co. and would like to request deletion of your personal data, here’s how it works.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information by:

  • Emailing us at support@thegrovault.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”, and providing:

    • Your full name

    • The email address associated with your account or interactions with us

    • A brief description of your relationship with us (e.g., website subscriber, GrōVault user at [Company Name], etc.)

We may need additional information to verify your identity before we can process your request.

2. What We Delete

Once we verify your request, we will:

  • Delete or de-identify personal information we hold about you that is not required to be retained by law, contract, or legitimate business needs.

  • Close or anonymize your user account where applicable, in line with our retention policies.

If we process your information on behalf of a business customer (for example, you are a customer of one of our clients and your data is in their CRM or DMS), we may:

  • Either process the request directly if we are authorized to do so, or

  • Refer your request to the relevant customer (the “data controller”) and support them in handling it.

3. What We May Need to Retain

In some cases, we may not be able to delete all of your information immediately, for example when we must retain certain data to:

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or tax requirements

  • Maintain necessary business records (such as invoices and transaction logs)

  • Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

  • Comply with obligations to our data providers and customers

In these situations, we will retain only the minimum necessary information and will restrict its use to the purposes for which it must be retained.

4. Timing

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and within the period required by applicable law. If we expect a delay, we will let you know.
